Mobile consultation for victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence

We accompany and support, in an advisory capacity, those attacked for reasons of group-related enmity – or equally because the perpetrators see them as belonging to a group that they reject. Our service is also available to the relatives of victims and to witnesses.

Who can contact us?

The person concerned, or their relatives and friends or a witness to a crime or violence resulting from group-focused enmity. That can mean people who are attacked for

  • racist or anti-Semitic reasons,
  • on account of their alternative appearance
  • and/or their incorrect attitude,
  • their sexual orientation and/or sexual identity,
  • their disability,
  • their social disadvantage,
  • their activities against the extreme right,
  • their religious affiliation.

    What can we do?

We offer advice in crisis situations and offer discussion to help process the consequences of the acts perpetrated by individuals. We accompany the people concerned to the authorities, agencies, the police and the courts. This also includes process supervision for the hearing with pre- and post-processing. We assist with the search for suitable physicians, therapists and lawyers. We also help with financial support (e.g. with applying for legal aid and victim compensation).

All our offers are adapted to the wishes of the person concerned in terms of consultation, company and support!

Which principles do we commit ourselves to?

Victim counselling unequivocally takes the side of the person concerned and sees its task as, in addition to offering individually-tailored advice, also bringing the perspective of the victims into the social dialogue. We are independent from national authorities. Our mobile approach makes it possible to provide a local consultation for the person concerned, if they desire it. The counselling is strictly confidential, free of charge and may also remain anonymous, if desired. Our offers can be taken up independently of a charge being laid.
